With total 16 years rich experience and advanced skills of 30000 patterns, we mainly research and produce architectural extrusions, decoration extrusions, and industrial extrusions, professional majoring in the development, design, drawing, mould manufacture, extrusion, precision machining, surface treatment. We are able to customize different kinds of alumium products which are used in electronic parts, machine accessories, sanitary hardware, car fittings, LED heat sinks, doors, windows, urtain walls according to the customers' requirements.
We are equipped with the latest technology and machinery including CNC system, milling machines, lathes, high speed precision power press, continuous running punch press, multistage and special drilling machine, hydraulic straight-line bearing sawing machines, automatic sawing machines, automatic pipe bending machine, hydraulic press machines, welding machine and all of the testing equipment required to support these operations. The new fabrication provides a value adding resource to convert aluminum extrusions into finished products. They offer many fabrication options including metal cutting, machine press, punching and notching and so on.
